Conditions for Refund. Services provided with quality are not exchangeable. According to the Retail Trade Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in 2014, the requirement to replace a quality service purchased in the online store with similar services or to refund the paid amount is not satisfied. Exceptions may be applied if the buyer contacts the administration of “www.ivanasmusagonga.lt” regarding the provided service no later than 24 hours before the service delivery time. In this case, the reservation will be rescheduled for a time suitable for another buyer.
